{"version":"1.4","text":"# AtlasEye — End User License Agreement (v1.4)\n\n<!-- Internal note (not rendered): v1.4 drafted 2026-10-12 from v1.3.\n The only change is §3.4: the Software no longer ships MaxMind\n GeoLite2 data; it ships DB-IP IP to City Lite (CC BY 4.0), and\n GeoLite2 is named only as data the customer downloads with their\n own MaxMind account. Publish this version on the license server\n together with the AtlasEye release that stops shipping GeoLite2. -->\n\nThis End User License Agreement (the **\"Agreement\"**) is between you (the\n**\"Customer\"**, **\"You\"**) and the vendor identified in §15 (the\n**\"Vendor\"**, **\"We\"**, **\"Us\"**) and governs your use of the AtlasEye\nsoftware (the **\"Software\"**). It should be read together with the Privacy\nPolicy at `/v1/legal/privacy`, which describes the personal data the\nlicense server processes and is referenced by §7.\n\n## 1. Acceptance and binding effect\n\n1.1 You accept this Agreement by (a) clicking **Accept** in the activation\ndialog, (b) issuing the activation API call with `eula_version_accepted`\nset to the then-current version, or (c) for air-gapped installations, by\ninstalling a Vendor-issued offline activation payload, which conclusively\nrecords the version accepted. The version accepted and the time of\nacceptance are recorded against Your activation on the license server and\nare auditable on request. If You do not accept this Agreement, do not\nactivate the Software.\n\n1.2 If You accept on behalf of an organisation, You represent that You\nhave authority to bind it, and \"You\" refers to that organisation.\n\n1.3 The Software is offered primarily to businesses, public bodies, and\nprofessionals. Consumers may purchase it; where You contract as a\nconsumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of\nresidence prevail over any conflicting term of this Agreement, and the\nconsumer-specific provisions of §5.6, §9.4 and §13.2 apply.\n\n## 2. Definitions\n\n**\"Software\"** means the AtlasEye software delivered by the Vendor in\nobject-code / container-image form, including the server application, web\nfrontend, syslog collector, on-host agents, updater, and the\nDocumentation.\n\n**\"Instance\"** means one installed copy of the Software activated against\none licence key.\n\n**\"Device\"** means one network-addressable system (a physical or virtual\nhost, network device, or service endpoint) configured as a monitored\ntarget in an Instance. Multiple interfaces, containers, or services on the\nsame monitored host count as one Device.\n\n**\"Documentation\"** means the Vendor's published user documentation.\n\n**\"Customer Data\"** means data ingested, stored, or generated by Your\nInstance, including monitored-device data, syslog messages, metrics,\nanalytics events, incidents, and the user accounts You create in it.\n\n**\"Plan\"** means the subscription tier and its limits (Devices,\nactivations, features, term) stated in your order confirmation or trial\ngrant. The live limits applied to your licence are reported by the license\nserver and inside the product; they evidence, and must correspond to, the\nlimits stated at purchase.\n\n**\"Order\"** means your online checkout confirmation, invoice, or a signed\norder form.\n\n## 3. Licence grant and ownership\n\n3.1 **Grant.** Subject to this Agreement and payment of the applicable\nfees, the Vendor grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except\nunder §14.1), worldwide licence — revocable only as provided in §12 — for\nthe duration of your subscription term, to install, run, and use the\nnumber of Instances permitted by your activation limit, for the number of\nDevices and features included in your Plan. Your employees and individual\ncontractors may operate the Software on your behalf; your Affiliates\n(entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with You)\nmay use it under your licence provided You remain responsible for their\ncompliance. Each Instance, including any test or standby installation,\nrequires an activation within your Plan's activation limit unless your\nOrder states otherwise.\n\n3.2 **Ownership.** The Software is licensed, not sold. The Vendor and its\nlicensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the Software and\nDocumentation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.\n\n3.3 **Customer Data; feedback.** As between the parties, You own all\nCustomer Data. The Vendor obtains no rights in Customer Data under this\nAgreement; the Software processes Customer Data only within your\ninstallation (§7.3). If You provide suggestions or feedback about the\nSoftware, the Vendor may use them without restriction or obligation,\nexcluding any of your Confidential Information.\n\n3.4 **Third-party components.** The Software includes third-party and\nopen-source components licensed under their own terms. Those terms govern\nyour use of the respective component and prevail over this Agreement to\nthe extent of any conflict; nothing in §4 restricts rights expressly\ngranted to You by an applicable open-source licence. A list of bundled\nthird-party components and their licences is available from the Vendor on\nrequest at legal@cdnglobal.eu. The Software also includes the IP to City\nLite database by DB-IP, available from https://db-ip.com, licensed under\nthe Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).\nIf You configure the Software with your own MaxMind account, the\nGeoLite2 data the Software then downloads is provided to You by MaxMind\nunder your own agreement with MaxMind and is not supplied or licensed by\nthe Vendor.\n\n3.5 **High-risk use.** The Software is a network-monitoring and\nobservability tool. It is not designed, certified, or licensed for use as\na safety component or as the primary means of control, alarm, or fail-safe\nin environments where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or\nsevere physical or environmental damage (including medical life-support,\nair-traffic control, industrial safety-instrumented systems, and nuclear\nfacilities). You must not rely on the Software as the sole mechanism for\ndetecting or responding to conditions in such environments and will\nmaintain independent safety monitoring where required.\n\n## 4. Restrictions and verification\n\n4.1 You must not, and must not permit anyone else to: (a) copy the\nSoftware except as reasonably necessary to run and back up your licensed\nInstances; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software;\n(c) distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or provide the Software to\nthird parties as a hosted or managed service, except that You may operate\nit on behalf of your Affiliates under §3.1; (d) reverse engineer,\ndecompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent a mandatory\nlaw (including Art. 6 of Directive 2009/24/EC) permits it despite this\nrestriction; (e) remove or alter proprietary notices, licence checks, or\nwatermarks; (f) circumvent or tamper with licence enforcement, activation,\nintegrity verification, or usage limits; or (g) use the Software to\nmonitor, probe, scan, or access networks, systems, or data without lawful\nauthority.\n\n4.2 **Integrity enforcement (disclosed technical measures).** The Software\nverifies its own code integrity against a signed manifest and reports an\nintegrity signal to the license server (§7.1). Tampering with the Software\nor its licence-enforcement controls is recorded as an integrity strike\nagainst your licence; an installation accumulating three or more strikes\nis technically blocked until reviewed by the Vendor, and a locally\ndetected tamper condition causes the installation to degrade and, after\nrepeated detections, refuse new requests. These technical measures are in\naddition to, and evidence for, the Vendor's contractual remedies for\nbreach of this §4. Human review of any block is available via\nsupport@cdnglobal.eu.\n\n4.3 **Verification.** No more than once in any twelve-month period, and on\nat least thirty (30) days' written notice, the Vendor may require You to\ncertify in writing, or to demonstrate using the Software's built-in\nlicence and device reports, your compliance with the licence limits in §3.\nAny verification is limited to licence-relevant records, conducted during\nbusiness hours, subject to your reasonable security policies, and at the\nVendor's cost. If verification reveals use exceeding your licensed limits\nby more than five percent (5%), You will promptly purchase the required\nupgrade at the then-current price for the period of excess use.\n\n## 5. Plans, fees, billing, and trials\n\n5.1 **Fees and payment.** Fees are stated in EUR at the prices shown at\ncheckout or in your Order. Self-service billing is processed by Stripe\n(§7.4); invoiced (enterprise) accounts pay within the period stated on the\ninvoice. Overdue invoiced amounts bear statutory late-payment interest\nunder Directive 2011/7/EU as implemented in Portugal. An unjustified\nchargeback constitutes non-payment under §12.3. Fees are exclusive of\nVAT and similar taxes, which are added where applicable.\n\n5.2 **Trial.** The Trial is a free, self-service evaluation licence of\nfourteen (14) days, limited to one Trial per installation environment (as\nidentified by the hardware fingerprint, §7.1) — one Trial ever per\nenvironment; expired or revoked Trials are not renewed or reset. The Trial\nis provided AS IS: the warranty in §9.1 and the support commitments in\n§6.2 do not apply to Trial use, and the Vendor's aggregate liability for\nTrial use is limited to EUR 100, subject always to §10.2. Trials expire\nautomatically; data created during a Trial remains in your installation\nand becomes fully usable on conversion to a paid Plan. The Vendor may\nmodify or withdraw the Trial programme at any time for future trials.\n\n5.3 **Subscription term and auto-renewal.** Subscriptions run monthly or\nyearly and renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled via\nthe customer portal at least seven (7) days before renewal. The Vendor\nwill send a renewal reminder to the account email at least fifteen (15)\ndays before each yearly renewal. Where You contract as a consumer,\nmandatory rules of your country of residence on contract duration,\nrenewal reminders, and termination prevail over this §5.3.\n\n5.4 **Price changes.** Price changes take effect only at renewal and only\nif announced to the account email at least thirty (30) days before the\nrenewal date. If the Vendor announces a price increase applicable to your\nrenewal, You may cancel with effect from the renewal date at any time\nbefore that date, notwithstanding the seven-day cut-off in §5.3.\n\n5.5 **Refunds.** Except as stated in this Agreement (including §9.1\nremedy, §12.2, and §12.4) or required by mandatory law, fees are\nnon-refundable once the licence is activated: the free Trial exists so\nthat You can evaluate the Software before paying. Enterprise refund terms,\nif different, are stated in the applicable Order or master agreement.\n\n5.6 **Consumer withdrawal right.** If You are a consumer in the EU/EEA,\nYou have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen\n(14) days without giving reasons. By requesting activation of the licence\nbefore the end of the withdrawal period You expressly consent to immediate\nperformance and acknowledge that You thereby lose the right of withdrawal\n(Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Your statutory guarantee rights\n(§9.4) remain unaffected.\n\n## 6. Updates, support, AI features, and the license server\n\n6.1 **Updates.** The Vendor makes updates available through the update\nchannels (stable and edge). You control when updates are applied to your\ninstallation; updates are operator-initiated, never applied automatically\nby the Vendor. Release manifests are cryptographically signed and verified\nby the Software before an update is applied. (a) *Right to modify:* the\nVendor may modify the Software over the subscription term, including\nadding, altering, or discontinuing individual features, provided\nmodifications do not materially reduce the core monitoring functionality\nof your purchased Plan during a paid term; where they do, You may\nterminate the affected subscription and receive a pro-rata refund of\nprepaid fees for the unused term. (b) *Security updates:* the Vendor will\nmake security updates available for the current stable release, without\nadditional charge, for the duration of your subscription. Only the most\nrecent stable release is supported; You are responsible for applying\nupdates, and the warranty in §9 does not cover defects resolved in an\nupdate You have declined to apply. (c) *Edge channel:* builds published on\nthe edge channel are pre-release software, provided AS IS, excluded from\nthe §9.1 warranty, and not recommended for production. (d) *Your\nprocedures:* before applying any update You should complete a backup of\nyour databases and configuration (the built-in updater takes a database\nbackup by default). Installing an older version over a newer database\nschema (downgrade) is unsupported and may render the installation\ninoperable; the §9.1 warranty does not cover damage resulting from\ndowngrades or update procedures performed contrary to the Documentation.\n\n6.2 **Support.** Support is provided per Plan as advertised at purchase.\nSupport covers diagnosis of reproducible defects in unmodified, currently\nsupported versions of the Software running in a documented configuration.\nSupport does not cover: your infrastructure, network, or third-party\nproducts; installations modified in breach of §4; versions superseded for\nmore than six (6) months; or training and professional services. Business\nhours are 09:00–17:00 WET/WEST, Monday–Friday, excluding Portuguese public\nholidays. The Vendor will not materially reduce the support level of your\nPlan during a paid term.\n\n6.3 **AI features.** Certain features use large language models (\"AI\nFeatures\"). (a) *Bring-your-own provider:* AI Features operate only\nagainst an AI provider endpoint and API key that You configure; that\nprovider is your own contractor, its terms and pricing govern your use of\nit, and You are responsible for all provider fees and for ensuring that\ndata transmitted to it may lawfully be shared with it. Data sent to your\nconfigured provider may include device names, metrics, log excerpts, and\nalert/incident content, and some AI analyses run on a schedule; the\nin-product AI governance panel describes the categories sent and the\navailable controls (including disabling AI Features entirely and the\nsyslog AI input filter). The Vendor is not a party to, and has no\nliability under, your AI-provider agreement. (b) *Output disclaimer:*\nAI-generated output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or\nunsuitable; it is provided for informational purposes only and must be\nreviewed by a qualified person before being relied upon for operational,\nsecurity, or compliance decisions. The warranty in §9.1 does not apply to\nAI output. (c) No core monitoring function depends on AI Features.\n\n6.4 **License server; offline operation; continuity.** Activation,\nentitlement checks, and updates depend on the Vendor-operated license\nserver. (a) A validated activation continues to operate for at least seven\n(7) days without contact to the license server; temporary unreachability\nof the license server does not suspend your licence. (b) The Vendor\noperates the license server with commercially reasonable availability.\n(c) Air-gapped installations may activate via a Vendor-signed offline\nactivation payload; all licence terms apply equally to offline\nactivations, and no telemetry is transmitted in air-gapped mode. (d) If\nthe Vendor permanently discontinues the license server or ceases business,\nthe Vendor will, before discontinuation, issue offline activation payloads\ncovering the remainder of paid subscription terms.\n\n## 7. Telemetry and data protection\n\n7.1 **What the Software transmits to the Vendor.** The Software\ncommunicates with the license server as follows, and only as follows: (a)\n*at activation:* the licence key, a one-way hardware fingerprint (a\nSHA-256 hash derived from the host machine-id, an installation UUID, and\nthe primary MAC address — the underlying identifiers never leave your\nhost), the product version, and the accepted EULA version; (b) *on each\nheartbeat (approximately every six hours):* the licence key, the hardware\nfingerprint, the product version, the running container-image digest, and\na code-integrity manifest hash; (c) *on update polls (approximately\nhourly):* the licence key, fingerprint, and current version; (d) *if You\npurchase or manage billing:* the data described in the Privacy Policy.\nCustomer Data is never transmitted to the Vendor.\n\n7.2 **Change control.** The Vendor will not expand the categories of data\ntransmitted to the license server beyond those listed in §7.1 except via a\nversioned update to this Agreement under §14.7 or with your separate\nopt-in consent. Retention periods are stated in the Privacy Policy.\n\n7.3 **Roles.** For personal data processed by the license server, customer\nportal, and billing (as described in the Privacy Policy), the Vendor acts\nas an independent controller. For Customer Data, You (or your\norganisation) are the controller: the Software operates entirely within\nyour installation, the Vendor has no access to Customer Data, and the\nVendor is therefore neither a controller nor a processor of it. No data\nprocessing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is required for the ordinary operation\nof the Software. If, at your request, the Vendor processes personal data\ncontained in support materials You provide, the parties will handle it per\nthe Privacy Policy, and on request the Vendor will execute its standard\ndata-processing terms for support materials (privacy@cdnglobal.eu).\n\n7.4 **Billing processor.** Payments are processed by Stripe as described\nin the Privacy Policy; full card details never touch the Vendor's servers.\n\n## 8. Confidentiality\n\nEach party will protect the other party's Confidential Information with at\nleast reasonable care, use it only to perform this Agreement, and disclose\nit only to employees, contractors, and professional advisers bound by\ncomparable obligations. Confidential Information excludes information that\nis or becomes public without breach, was lawfully known before disclosure,\nis independently developed, or is rightfully received from a third party.\nA party may disclose Confidential Information where required by law or\ncourt order, giving prompt notice where lawful. For the Vendor,\nConfidential Information includes the Software's non-public internals and\nthe licence-server protocol; for the Customer, it includes network\nconfigurations, credentials, logs, and other material shared with the\nVendor for support. These obligations survive for five (5) years after\ntermination and, for trade secrets, for as long as they remain trade\nsecrets.\n\n## 9. Warranty\n\n9.1 **Limited warranty and remedy.** The Vendor warrants that, during the\nsubscription term, the Software will materially conform to the\nDocumentation when run in a documented configuration. If the Software\nmaterially fails to conform and You notify the Vendor within thirty (30)\ndays of discovering the non-conformity, the Vendor will, at its option,\nrepair the non-conformity, provide a workaround, or replace the affected\ncomponent; if the Vendor fails to do so within a reasonable period after\nwritten notice, You may terminate the affected subscription and receive a\npro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the unused term. To the maximum extent\npermitted by law, this is your exclusive remedy for breach of this\nwarranty.\n\n9.2 **Exclusions.** The warranty in §9.1 does not cover: Trial use\n(§5.2); edge-channel builds (§6.1(c)); AI output (§6.3); defects caused by\nmodification, misuse, or use contrary to the Documentation; defects\nresolved in an update You have declined to apply; or downgrades (§6.1(d)).\n\n9.3 **Disclaimer.** Except as expressly stated in §9.1, and to the maximum\nextent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided \"AS IS\" and\nthe Vendor disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including\nmerchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement\n(without prejudice to §11.1). The Vendor does not warrant uninterrupted or\nerror-free operation.\n\n9.4 **Mandatory rights.** Statutory rights that cannot be limited —\nincluding, where You contract as a consumer, your conformity rights under\nDirective (EU) 2019/770 as implemented in your country of residence —\nremain unaffected by §§9.1–9.3.\n\n## 10. Liability\n\n10.1 **Cap.** Subject to §10.2, each party's aggregate liability arising\nout of or in connection with this Agreement is limited to the fees paid or\npayable by You in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise\nto the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential\ndamages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.\n\n10.2 **Carve-outs.** The limitations in §10.1 do not apply to: (a)\nliability for intent or gross negligence; (b) death or personal injury;\n(c) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (d) liability under mandatory\nproduct-liability law; (e) the indemnification obligations in §11; or (f)\nbreaches of data-protection law attributable to the liable party. For\nslightly negligent breach of an obligation whose fulfilment is essential\nto the proper performance of this Agreement and on which the other party\nregularly relies (a cardinal obligation), liability is not excluded but is\nlimited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract, and\nthe cap in §10.1 applies. Liability for loss of data is limited to the\ncost of restoration that would have been incurred had regular,\nrisk-appropriate backups been performed.\n\n10.3 **Basis of the bargain.** The fees reflect this allocation of risk.\n\n## 11. Indemnification\n\n11.1 **By the Vendor (IP).** The Vendor will defend You against\nthird-party claims that the Software, as delivered and used in accordance\nwith this Agreement, infringes an EU/EEA patent, copyright, or trademark,\nand will pay the resulting damages finally awarded or agreed in\nsettlement, provided You promptly notify the Vendor, grant it sole control\nof the defence, and reasonably cooperate. If such a claim arises or is\nlikely, the Vendor may procure the right to continue use, modify or\nreplace the Software, or terminate the licence and refund prepaid fees for\nthe unused term. This §11.1 is your exclusive remedy for IP infringement.\nIt does not apply to claims arising from modifications not made by the\nVendor, combination with items not provided by the Vendor, or use in\nbreach of this Agreement.\n\n11.2 **By the Customer.** You will defend and indemnify the Vendor against\nthird-party claims arising from (a) your use of the Software to access,\nmonitor, scan, or ingest data from networks, systems, or persons without\nlawful authority, or (b) Customer Data or credentials You configure in the\nSoftware.\n\n## 12. Term, suspension, and termination\n\n12.1 **Term.** This Agreement runs for the duration of your subscription\n(including renewals) and, for perpetual or air-gapped grants, for the\nperiod stated in your Order.\n\n12.2 **Termination for cause.** Either party may terminate this Agreement\nfor the other party's material breach that remains uncured thirty (30)\ndays after written notice describing the breach (fourteen (14) days for\nnon-payment). If You terminate for the Vendor's uncured material breach,\nor if the Vendor terminates other than for your breach, the Vendor will\nrefund prepaid fees pro-rated for the unused portion of the term.\n\n12.3 **Suspension; revocation.** The Vendor may suspend licensed\nfunctionality during a material, ongoing breach of §4 or non-payment,\nlifting the suspension promptly once the breach is remedied, and may\nrevoke the licence on termination for your uncured material breach.\n\n12.4 **Effect of expiry or termination; your data.** On expiry or\nrevocation, licensed functionality is disabled after a grace period of at\nleast three (3) days from the first failed entitlement check; the Software\ndoes not delete anything. All Customer Data remains stored within your own\ninstallation and remains yours (§3.3): nothing in this Agreement prevents\nYou from accessing your own databases and files directly, exporting your\ndata, or restoring your backups at any time, before or after termination.\nYou must cease using licensed functionality and, within thirty (30) days\nafter the end of any data-retrieval activities, uninstall the Software —\nexcept that, where the Vendor terminated other than for your breach, You\nmay complete your current paid term first.\n\n12.5 **Survival.** §§2, 3.2–3.5, 4, 7, 8, 9.3–9.4, 10, 11, 12.4–12.5, 13,\n14, and 15 survive termination.\n\n## 13. Governing law and disputes\n\n13.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Portugal, excluding its\nconflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the\nInternational Sale of Goods. The courts of the Vendor's registered seat in\nPortugal have exclusive jurisdiction for business customers.\n\n13.2 If You contract as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive\nYou of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country\nof habitual residence, and You may bring or defend proceedings in the\ncourts of that country. Consumers in Portugal may also use the certified\nconsumer alternative-dispute-resolution entities listed at\nhttps://www.consumidor.gov.pt.\n\n## 14. General\n\n14.1 **Assignment.** Neither party may assign this Agreement without the\nother's consent, except to an Affiliate or to a successor in a merger,\nacquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, on written notice.\n\n14.2 **Notices.** Legal notices to the Vendor must be sent by email to\nlegal@cdnglobal.eu and, for notices of breach, termination, or claims,\nalso by registered post to the address in §15. Notices to You go to your\naccount email. Notices are deemed received: email — the next business day\nafter transmission absent a bounce; registered post — on the documented\ndelivery date.\n\n14.3 **Order of precedence.** In the event of conflict, the following\norder applies: (1) a signed master or enterprise agreement; (2) the\napplicable Order; (3) this Agreement; (4) the Documentation and referenced\npolicies. The Privacy Policy governs personal-data matters notwithstanding\nthe foregoing.\n\n14.4 **Severability.** If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable,\nit will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder\nstays in force; the parties will replace the invalid provision with a\nvalid one coming closest to its economic intent.\n\n14.5 **Force majeure.** Neither party is liable for failure to perform\n(other than payment obligations for services already delivered) caused by\nevents beyond its reasonable control. The affected party will promptly\nnotify the other and mitigate. If a force-majeure event prevents material\nperformance for more than sixty (60) consecutive days, either party may\nterminate the affected subscription on written notice, with a pro-rata\nrefund of prepaid, undelivered fees.\n\n14.6 **Export and sanctions.** The Software may be subject to EU, UN, and\nother applicable export-control and sanctions laws. You represent that You\nare not listed on any applicable sanctions list, are not located in or\nacquiring the Software for a country or territory subject to comprehensive\nsanctions where such acquisition is prohibited, and will not use the\nSoftware for unlawful interception or surveillance of communications. The\nVendor may suspend or terminate the licence, without liability, where\ncontinued performance would violate applicable sanctions.\n\n14.7 **Changes to this Agreement.** Material changes take effect only upon\nyour acceptance via the re-acceptance prompt at the next activation (or,\nfor air-gapped installs, upon installation of an updated payload). If You\ndo not accept a materially changed version, the version You last accepted\ncontinues to govern for the remainder of your current paid term; the\nVendor may condition renewal on acceptance of the then-current version.\nNon-material changes (clarifications, typo fixes, changes required by law)\nmay take effect on thirty (30) days' notice to your account email.\n\n14.8 **Publicity.** Neither party may use the other party's name or logo\nin marketing materials without prior written consent, revocable at any\ntime.\n\n14.9 **Entire agreement.** This Agreement, the documents referenced in\n§14.3, and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Software\nand supersede prior discussions.\n\n14.10 **Language.** This Agreement is executed in English. Translations\nare provided for convenience; in the event of any conflict, the English\nversion prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where\nmandatory law of your jurisdiction requires a local-language version to\ncontrol for You, that requirement is unaffected.\n\n## 15. Vendor identity\n\nThe Vendor is **CDNCORE, LDA** (trading as \"cdnCore\"), a private limited\ncompany (_sociedade por quotas_) incorporated in Portugal, registered with\nthe Portuguese Commercial Registry under NIPC 518440826 (VAT PT518440826),\nwith registered office at Parkurbis, Parque de Ciência e Tecnologia da\nCovilhã, 6200-865 Covilhã, Portugal — operating the AtlasEye product and\nthe license service under the domain cdnglobal.eu.\n\nContact: legal@cdnglobal.eu (legal) · support@cdnglobal.eu (support) ·\nprivacy@cdnglobal.eu (data protection).\n\n---\n\n_Version 1.4 — drafted 2026-10-12; effective upon publication on the\nlicense server.
